About Leif

Born & raised in Spokane, I've settled on the South Hill with my wife and two wonderful children. I've been involved in Real Estate for over 12 years, which includes purchasing and selling multiple personal rental properties of my own. I take pride in the fact that I work extremely hard for my clients, while maintaining a positive, Christian approach to business. I feel that my track record demonstrates that you can have honesty & integrity be part of your business foundation, and still be successful in today's business world. Business have been incredible, with my loyal clientele giving me repeat business as well as referrals from their friends and family. To continue to take superior care of my client's, and help them accomplish their goals, I've formed "The Tangvald Group" so that our team can exceed your expectations and take care of all of your Real Estate needs.

My wife, Tonya, is an established beautician in the Spokane Valley. She works at Shear Illusions, and specializes in highlights, coloring, permanents and hair extensions. A wonderful Mother, Wife & Friend, she is everything I could have ever hoped for in a partner. She has been a blessing from God, and I thank him every day for bringing her into my life.

My Son, Christian, is a bundle of energy. At 4 years old, he has two speeds - Fast & Faster. I envision many a trip to the ER with this child. He absolutely LOVES to play, learn, color, and Run, Run, Run! When I look at him, I just imagine what I could accomplish with half his energy! I love it when he sits with me and looks up to me with his familiar eyes and says "Dad, We're Pals, right?" He's go that right! "Pals" really fits the relationship I have with my son.

And my beautiful daughter, Rakel, is full of life & wonder. Now in First Grade, she is excelling in all of her subjects, and absolutely LOVES school! She has multiple goals, as all 7 years olds do, and cannot decide if she wants to be a Policeman, Ballerina, teacher, mother, cheerleader, or all of the above. She is also involved with Ballet & Tap lessons, as well as Gymnastics. She just recently took part in a Beauty/Scholarship pageant and was named "Little Miss Starlet Queen" for the State of Washington. We traveled to California for National Competition, and I was so proud as even though she didn't place, she was so excited for the new friends she made and cheered them on as they made their way to center stage. She is just full of warmth and love, and I love the fact that she calls us "Best Friends". Her teacher informed me that during class all the children stood up to talk about what their fathers are (policeman, fireman), and she stood up and said "My dad is my best friend" and sat down. Just about made me cry when I heard that!
