If you are a first time homebuyer, and you'd qualify as one so long as you have not owned your own home for the last 3 years, you may qualify for a new state & federally funded program designed to help people get into homes with low down payments, and even zero down payment loans, at rates better than current standard rates.  These rates are fixed interest rates over 30 years, and are offered to qualified first time homebuyers at rates that are usually 1/4 to 3/4% (depending on fluctuations in rates) below current 30 year mortgage rates offered on the open market.  These loans are designed to promote home ownership and are a great way to jump into the market with low payments and low (and possibly zero) down payment!

"The Tangvald Group" is dedicated to helping people accomplish their dream of owning a home, and we'd love to have you attend one of our "First Time Homebuyer's Classes", which we hold once or twice a month!  Our classes are offered on Saturdays, and not only will you be given information on what steps you'll need to know about and understand to purchase your new home, but we'll also have lenders who are approved for the new financing available to First Time Homebuyers that allows people to purchase a home with low down payments, or even NO down payment.
